Refund Policy

All products sold on this site are digital downloads. Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the download has begun. Please review the product description carefully before ordering. If something goes wrong with your order, we are always happy to help.

1. Digital Products Are Final

Every product on mahjedge.com is a digital file (PDF) delivered instantly after payment. By completing checkout you acknowledge that:

Delivery starts immediately upon payment confirmation
Digital goods cannot be "returned" once downloaded
All sales are therefore final once the download link has been accessed

This is standard practice for digital publishers and is consistent with consumer-protection regulations that expressly exclude digital content from the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun with the customer's consent.

2. Delivery Problems

If you did not receive your download email, the file will not open, or the file is corrupt or incomplete, contact us at support@mahjedge.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We will re-send your download link or provide a replacement file at no charge.

3. Duplicate or Accidental Orders

If you accidentally placed a duplicate order or purchased the wrong product, email us at support@mahjedge.com within 24 hours of purchase and before any download of the duplicate item. We will cancel and refund the duplicate charge.

4. Unauthorized Charges

If you believe a charge on your card was not authorized by you, contact us immediately at support@mahjedge.com. We encourage customers to reach out before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly and quickly.

5. Lifetime Updates

Your purchase includes lifetime updates. When the next NMJL annual card is released, updated versions of the Cheat Sheet and relevant guides are made available to all past purchasers at no extra cost. Update notifications are sent to the email address associated with your order.
