If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

Important exception for digital products

All products on mahjedge.com are digital downloads delivered instantly. Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has begun, where you have given prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You provide this consent at checkout before completing your purchase.

In short: until you start your download, you may withdraw within 14 days. Once the download has begun, the purchase is final. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How to withdraw

Where the right of withdrawal applies, you can exercise it before the download has begun by sending us a clear statement. The easiest way is to email support@mahjedge.com with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Where withdrawal applies, we will reimburse all payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
