All products are digital. There is nothing to ship. Your files are delivered instantly by email.

1. Digital Delivery — Instant Access

Every product sold on mahjedge.com is a digital download. There are no physical items, no packaging, and no shipping charges. After completing your purchase, you will receive:

An order confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout
A download link giving you immediate access to all files in your bundle

Delivery is instant — files are available within minutes of payment being confirmed.

2. File Format

All files are delivered as high-resolution PDFs. They are compatible with any device (phone, tablet, laptop, desktop) and can be printed at home or at any print shop.

3. Can't Find Your Download?

If you did not receive your download email within 10 minutes of purchase:

Check your spam or junk folder
Verify that you used the correct email address at checkout
Contact us at support@mahjedge.com with your order number and we will resend your download link promptly

4. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship physical products. We do not collect shipping addresses. If you are looking for physical Mah Jongg equipment (tiles, racks, cases), we recommend searching dedicated game retailers — those are separate products not sold by Mahj Edge.

5. Lifetime Access

Once purchased, your files are yours to keep. You will also receive free updates when new versions are released (e.g., when the next NMJL annual card is published). Update notifications will be sent to your order email address.
